Terms and Conditions
1. Provision of Video to USB Stick Services
1.1 Phil Ade Services CANNOT accept DAMAGED tapes nor film (such as containing mould or physically damaged).
1.2 The following video content will NOT be processed:-
- Damaged video tapes.
- Pornography.
- Anything unlawful or illegal.
1.3 The video quality from the original tape(s) / disc(s) will appear within the MP4 files on USB sticks.
1.4 Phil Ade Services will always try to transfer video from worn out home made DVDs but that may not always be possible.
1.5 Audio transfer from Super 8 with sound cine film transfer to USB stick may not be possible if the film is in poor condition.
1.6 The audio quality from audio tapes will be as good as the orignal tapes.
1.7 Phil Ade Services will NOT retain any captured video nor audio to protect privacy after the customer is satisfied with the video / audio files on the USB stick(s).
1.8 Price of video and audio to USB transfers EXCLUDE USB sticks and EXCLUDE postage.
2. Invoicing and Payments
2.1 Unless agreed otherwise, payment is to be made by bank transfer (as instructed by the invoice/invoices) only.
3. Rates
3.1 Analogue video and audio transfers (including editing time) are charged from £10 per item (£12 each for 3 or fewer items) EXCEPT 8mm cine film.
3.2 Maximum video length within the listed prices is 2 HOURS per item. Any videos over 2 hours will be charged at an extra £5 per hour, per item.
3.3 8mm cine film transfer pricing varies according to length and whether sound is required (starting at £10 each for 4 or more items)
3.4 USB sticks are available separately at £9 per 32Gb Sandisk USB stick for transferred videos.
3.5 Return postage will be CHARGED and will vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
4. Changes to Terms of Business
4.1 Phil Ade Services reserves the right to change the Terms of Business without notice.
4.2 The Terms of Business does not affect the customer's/client's statutory rights.

There are NO REFUNDS for the Tape2USB service EXCEPT faulty USB sticks which may be EXCHANGED (or refunded if none are availabe).
